Bangalore: Besides earning huge revenues and making the most out of upcoming resources, it is certain and universally known that employers also consider employees’ satisfaction. Satisfied employees claim that their firm is the best among rivals, in terms of satisfaction and futuristic thoughts.
For instance we have seen the way Google takes care of its employees and the facilities it provides to keep its workers at utmost satisfaction. Now it is ranked as the number one company with every employee having a positive feeling about its future.
Let us take a look at other companies like this and the comments that employees have made as compiled by Business Insider.


#10 Huawei Technologies


Company Rating: 3.1 out of 5
A senior engineer at Huawei Technologies says, “Employees are very talented and smart. Get to work on the cutting edge of technology.”
The company introduces itself as leading Global information’s and communications technology provider. This seems to be ideal enough as 55 percent of its employees feel that the company is getting better while only 14 percent say that the company is getting worse. 32 percent of employees feel that there is no difference. Therefore it is time to place the Chinese firm in this list as a majority of them are positive about the place that they are in.
Huawei is currently known to be serving 45 out of the world’s largest 50 telecom operators, making it the largest telecommunications equipment maker in the world.

#9 Apple Inc


Company Rating: 3.8
Apple is known for its best performing devices like the iPhone and iPad. An employee at the Cupertino campus gives his feedback saying, “Have a direct impact on the products that people use everyday. Being able to work with some of the smartest engineers in the world.”
With such a statement at hand, Apple should truly be considered as the ninth best company s as 59 percent of the employees feel that the company is getting better while only a 9 percent opposes it. Again only 32 percent feel that the company is the same.
With such a business outlook, we’ve noticed Apple’s company rating is 3.8 out 5!


#8 HCL Technologies


Company Rating: 3.2
The Indian tech giant is primarily engaged in providing a range of outsourcing services, business process outsourcing and infrastructure services. Standing eight in terms of employee optimism, the firm has a company rating of 3.2.
A majority of 60 percent feel that the company is getting better while 25 percent say that it is getting worse. But around 15 percent feel no difference.
According to an HCL employee from Noida, stability factor, transparency in policies, friendly environment, good infrastructure and on time salaries is what makes them fully satisfied. And that is why it is – an Indian tech giant that can make its employees love it!

#7 T-Mobile


Company Rating: 3.2
T- Mobile is considered as the fourth largest wireless carrier in the U.S. If we’d wondered what makes it so, T Mobile Director says that People over here are incredibly passionate, having strong core values. This encourages an energetic  culture among employees, with driving solutions and initiatives to attain greater results.


At T-Mobile 50 percent of its employees feel that the company is getting better while 27 percent oppose it. But 13 percent feel no difference at all, which made T- Mobile come in the seventh place in this list with a company rating of 3.2.


T- Mobile International subsidiaries have a combined a total of approximately 150 million subscribers, making the firm the seventeenth largest mobile phone service provider by subscribers and he third largest multinational after UK’s Vodafone and Spain’s Telefonica.


#6 Tata Consultancy Services


Company Rating: 3.2
Known for IT services, business solutions and consulting, Tata, regarded as India’s most valuable company, stands sixth in position. While a whopping 65 percent feel that the company is getting better, another 4 percent feel that it is not happening. On the other hand 31 percent feel that there is no difference.


The company’s rating is 3.2  as of now and what one of its employees feels is that there is work life balance, opportunity to grow quickly, helpful senior management, collegial environment, diverse projects and resilience towards economic turbulence.

#5 Amazon.com


Company Rating: 3.5
The world’s largest online retailer is here, ranked at number five. The company rating is 3.5 out of 5 and 69 percent of employees feel that Amazon is getting better with every single day. Another 23 percent find no difference at all whereas only 8 percent think that it is getting worse.
An Amazon Trainer feels that the company is growing like wildfire and most importantly takes good care of its employees.
The company was named after the largest river in the world and has several retail websites for different nations which include U.S. Canada, U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Japan and China with international shipping of some of its products to certain companies. 


#4 SAP


Company Rating: 4.1
The German multinational software corporation has made it to the fourth place with 73 percent of satisfied employees. Only a tiny bit of 3 percent feels that the company is getting worse while 23 percent say that the company is staying the same. On the whole SAP’s company rating is 4.1 out of five.


The tech giant is known for its enterprise software services to help companies manage business operations and customer relations.


A SAP Director from Palo Alto feels that the company serves with a great vision and mission - which is to create a best- run world, by helping customers develop best-run businesses and improve the lives of others. SAP looks at transforming the way people think about enterprise software companies.

#3 Yahoo


Company Rating: 3.9
With a majority of 75 percent feeling satisfied with the company, its rank at the moment is number 3 in the list and the company rating is 3.9.
The good news about Yahoo’s employees is that the company has 0 percent employees feeling that their firm would worsen while only 25 percent feel that it will stay the same.
As Marissa Mayer, took her place as CEO of Yahoo, the company has been seeing transitions in its revenue and the website has also undergone a refreshed look.
A Yahoo Manager at Sunnyvale feels that Marissa has brought huge changes to the company. Yahoo now operates with a sense of vision and urgency and that hasn’t been seen since its very early days. Today a breath of fresh air can be felt with a certain culture of transparency  at every Friday meetings with Marissa.





#2 Qualcomm


Company Rating: 4.0
Qualcomm is a well known semi conductor company that deals with designing, manufacturing and marketing digital wireless communications products and services. Standing at number 2 in this list the company has made it with a rating of 4.0.
A majority of 76 percent feel that the company is getting better while no employee feels that it would go the other way. In terms of having no much-of-difference kind of feeling, 14 percent say that the company is staying the same.
A Qualcomm senior staff feels that the task they work on is the latest and the greatest and that there are highly motivated and intelligent people that keep him young and challenged.


#1 Google


Company Rating: 4.2
Standing at number 1 in this list is the world’s most favorite search giant. With a company rating of 4.2, Google’s biggest and most well known product is its search engine.
A whopping 86 percent of employees at Google feel that the company is making itself better day by day while only 14 percent feel that it will stay the same.
Even if Google has to stay the same, it will go ahead as it already provides employees with great and better satisfaction.
With a 0 percent opinion on the company getting worse, a Google Software Engineer from Sweden feels that they work on a lot of inspiring projects and that the company stands only for good.
